WTF? Frank McCourt and New Boo Join Magic For Dodgers’ Season-Opener at Padres
After driving the Dodgers into bankruptcy and undergoing a nasty divorce with his ex-Main Boo, Dodgers former owner Frank McCourt decided to join new owner Magic Johnson for Big Blue’s season-opener against the Padres in San Diego.
McCourt was joined at the game by his much younger, better look new Boo and could be seen joking around at various points during the game, essentially laughing in the face of his old Boo, and all the Dodgers fans that trusted him to properly run the franchise.
Although McCourt is going to have to break some significant cheese as a result of the divorce, dude made damn near a billion dollar profit on the Dodgers’ bankruptcy auction and still has a stake on the lucrative parking lot surrounding Dodgers’ Stadium.
McCourt has a decent set of marbles for showing his face at any game that the Dodgers are playing, but time will tell if his nuts are big enough to holler at a game at Chavez Ravine.
Odds are he will get boo’d worser than Warriors owner Joe Lacob did during Chris Mullin’s jersey retirement ceremony.
