Holler Back: Kate Hudson & A-Rod Donezo?

December 15, 2009
After A-Rod was spotted reckless cupcaking last month following the Yankees World Series win, many began to suspect that all was not well with him and Kate Hudson, his main boo since May. The couple were allegedly considering marriage and were doing some house shopping a few months ago, but now reports are that they are splitting up like a swisher at a rap concert.
Not that big of a shocker considering that Kate appears to be a stage 5 clinger, showing up at Yankees games at home and on the road. Early in the season Kate was somewhat of a distraction and shouldered some of the blame for A-Rod’s early season slumps. But all was forgiven during his absolute domination in the postseason and Rodriguez and Hudson appeared to be on their way to forming one of the top power couples in the game. Via US Magazine

Questionable Fit: A-Rod Intros Jay-Z At AMA’s

Now this isn’t a new revelation but A-Rod might have a little sugar in his tank, or at least a dab of Splenda. The dude is a legend but his fit and body language at the American Music Awards was a little questionable to say the least. Now we all know that he is mashing Kate Hudson and was also recently spotted doing something-like-some-caking with another beezy in Miami.
But this all might just be a cover-up like TomKat and A-Rod might be the Amaechi of the MLB.
A-Rod Spotted Cupcakin’ With Solid 8 In Miami

Now we aren’t trying to be all up in A-Rod’s Kool-aid, because obviously we don’t know the flavor, but one could assume it’s something tasty. Fresh off a World Series championship and with a cracking offseason awaiting, Rodriguez headed out to Miami where he was spotted caking with this solid worker bee. You may recall that A-Rod is boo’ed up already with Kate Hudson, with reports in recent weeks that the couple was going to square out and get married.
While we can’t speculate as to who the beezy is in these photos, we know that we would probably mash, so guaranteed A-Rod would, cause he was thirsty for Madonna. Either way, these photos may seem questionable to some, but you have to think that A-Rod would be smart enough to know that them people are always watching, ready to snap a photo at any moment. So he should know better than to be spotted like this, unless it’s harmless or he is trying to send a message. Via INF Daily

Jeter Dresses Up Like Rich Man’s Christopher Walken

You might be wondering why Yankees All-Star shortstop Derek Jeter is looking like a young Christopher Walken like we did. Turns out Jeter was fitted in this costume for a new movie that he is doing with the Legend that is Will Ferrell. Hopefully it will be funnier than Semi-Pro, which shouldn’t be too hard considering that joint sucked.

JerseyChaser Spottings: The King At The Garden

King James didn’t disappoint in his only regular season appearance at Madison Square Garden. LeBron put on a show for the star-studded crowd, which included Jigga and several Yankees, dropping 33 points to go along with 8 rebounds and 9 assists as the Cavs defeated the Knicks 100-91. LeBron did have 7 turnovers in the game, but Knicks fans could care less, as they did their best to try and persuade the King to make his next move his best move and head out to the Big Apple in 2010.

You have to respect the Yankees. 2009 World Series Champions, the 27th in the team’s illustrious history. Congrats go out to Hideki Matsui, who becomes the first Japanese player to be named World Series MVP after his 6 RBI performance in the Game 6. Matsui’s interview with Chris Rose is pretty interesting. Hopefully nothing got lost in translation, but you never know what you’re getting with an interpreter. Welp, we only have on thing to say to Baseball….See you later!

And in case you care, which we don’t, the Phillies beat the Yankees 8-6 in Game 5 of the World Series, which means that the Phillies will at least get one more game, but since the series is shifting back to New York, it’s safe to say that this thing is pretty much donezo.

Yankees Take 3-1 Lead In World Series

Nothing better than a raucous group of fans riding the subway in New York following the Yankees Game 4 win over the Phillies to take a 3-1 lead in the series. Actually a well-lotioned hojo and king sized snickers bar would be a little more enjoyable. But that’s pretty much it.
