Drake Had A Scholarship To Play Ball At UNC…

It seems like you can’t talk about music without bring up Drake, but what most people don’t know is that he was all set to go to UNC to play ball… that was until he got shot and had to be in a wheelchair. Well, actually Jimmy did and that’s who Drake played in Degrassi, one of the best imitation Saved By The Bells of all-time.

But here goes Drake’s first rhyme he spit on the show, and FYI he was nice back then. So just who is Wheel Chair Jimmy aka Drake, real name Aubrey Graham?

The Condition Of The Alabama DE That Was Shot…

Somebody out there is not rolling with the Crimson Tide. Brandon Deaderick, the starting DE for Alabama, was shot yesterday when someone tried to rob him outside of some off-campus apartments near the school. But the good news is that it wasn’t major…he was shot one time in the forearm and is now in stable condition.

RIP Vernon Forrest…Goes Out Like Cousin Harold

We were just like damn! Not another one dead and gone! We have never seen as many world class athletes murdered in cold blood, as we have this month. This time we bring you word that Vernon Forrest is dead, shot 7-8 times in the back, right in the middle of a street in Southwest Atlanta last night.

Vernon, like Caine’s cousin Harold, didn’t feel like going out like that. Police say he was putting some air in the tires of his Jaguar at a Chevron when two dudes crept up on him and tried to jack him for his ride.

This was Vernon Forrest we were talking about here, the two-time former welterweight and junior middleweight boxing champion of the world, so you’re not going to just take his whip like a punk.

So instead of just giving them the ride, he pulled out his gun and started chasing them! Now that is what you call a G to the A-N-G-STER! Too bad the jackers had better aim than him because when the footchase ended and the gun fight began, Forrest was shot 7-8 times and once in the head by 2 different semi-auto weapons.

Sahel Kazemi Photo…UPDATE: McNair Latest News

We have photos of and the latest breaking news from Nashville on the death of Steve Air McNair. The story is something straight out of Law and Order:

Former NFL quarterback Steve McNair was shot multiple times, including once in the head, and a pistol was discovered near the body of the 20-year-old woman found dead with him Saturday in a downtown condominium.

The woman’s name was Sahel Kazemi and they are calling her a “friend” of McNair’s. She had one gunshot wound to the head.

McNair was found on the sofa in the living room, and Kazemi was very close to him on the floor. The gun was not “readily apparent” when police first arrived.

Police said a witness saw McNair arrive at the condo between 1:30 and 2 a.m. Saturday and that Kazemi’s vehicle was already there.

Two days ago, Nashville police arrested Kazemi on a DUI charge while driving a 2007 Escalade registered to her and McNair. McNair was in the front seat.

McNair and his family frequented the restaurant where Kazemi was a waitress, the Dave & Buster’s in Nashville.

UPDATE: The Air McNair Dead..A Story Of Who Done It

UPDATE: McNair, police said, suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head in downtown Nashville. A female victim was also found dead, but she has not been identified (word is the woman is not his wife). The condominium where the bodies were found is one that McNair was known to frequent, but police spokeswoman Kristin Mumford could not say whether he was the owner.

Angels Stadium Is Dangerous…Two Fans Shot

Dang this is the second time that something done popped off at Angels stadium this season. First a fan got killed in a fight in the stands, and now we have word that 2 dudes were shot in the parking lot after the game last night.

And it didn’t make us feel any better when we found out that the shooter was an off-duty cop. What had happened was…the cop was getting his ass beat by two fans and because it was happening in front of his wife and kids, he decided to pull out his strap and shoot one of the dudes in the shoulder and the other in the face.

In the face! That fan got banged on for real. It’s like this cop never saw Friday…you win some, you lose some, but you live, you live to fight another day. That’s whats wrong with young dudes today…Nobody wants to take their ass whooping. We are hoping the cop goes to jail for this ‘ish.

The Reason Mark Becker Shot Ed Thomas…

UPDATE: There were only 20 students in the weight room at the time and word is that Mark Becker shot Ed (the coach) at point blank range in the head, then got arrested on Iowa Highway 14 near his parents crib. And the triv part is there are reports that Becker allegedly led officers on a car chase through three counties days ago…WTF!

And we were just like damn. The biggest and sickest coach in not only Iowa High School Football, but football in Iowa period, was shot by one of his old players. And the triv part is that he was shot this morning in his own weight room, right in front of 50 students..which we are assuming were on his current football team.

And it wasn’t no bang-bang either…dude fired multiple shots, which means he might have emptied the whole clip at the 58 year old coach.

The dude’s name is Mark Becker and he was a 24 year old ex-player of Ed’s. Which would mean that he went to the school sometime between 1999 and 2003. So here are the top three reasons for shooting your coach in cold blood years later…
