Phillies Smash Dodgers In Game 1 Of NLCS

Even though the Dodgers lost the opening game of the NLCS at home to the Phillies, we are still rolling with Manny Ramirez and from the looks of it, so is the entire Dodger nation. Check out how crunk the crowd gets during Manny’s at-bat and after he hits the dinger, makes our heart flutter. We don’t even like baseball but had to give it up for this one. This might be one of the most legendary series of all time.

Dodgers Sweep Cardinals: Manny Does AI Impression

The Dodges disposed of the Cardinals in St. Louis 5-1, sweeping them in the NLDS like Mr. Clarence did hair at MY-T-SHARP. Manny did his thug thizzle as usual, 3 hits and 2 RBI, and he was hilarious during this postgame interview. The Dodgers await the winner of the Phillies-Rockies series.

Manny And Ortiz On The Steroid List From ‘03

This just in…Manny Ramirez and David Ortiz tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs in 2003, lawyers with knowledge of the results told The New York Times. And we were just like damn! We knew Manny was on the Juice since probably before he got to the Majors, but now Ortiz. Noooooo!

This information comes from “The List”, the very same 2003 list that implicated ARod. The List that technically shouldn’t exist because players were supposed to remain anonymous because baseball was just checking to see how many players were taking steroids in baseball at the time.

There are 104 players on “The List” and now we know who four of them are…Manny, ARod, Sammy Sosa and Ortiz (hmmmm… whoever is leaking the names has it out for the Dominicans in the league). Now we’ll have to wait and see if David Ortiz will deny the allegations or cryingly admit to them like ARod did.

They need to just release the entire list and get it over with, right now it’s like they’re pulling off a bandaid real slow…it’s only causing more pain for the game of baseball. Just rip it off fast, release all the names, and get the firestorm over with.

Where I’m From Manny Is GOD…

It’s great to be an LA sports fan right now. The Lakers just won it and had their parade downtown. Michael Jackson died and had a cracking funeral at Staples. And the Dodgers have been in first place in the MLB like the whole season. And the cherry on the top of it all, the weather right now is just as beautiful as the girls.

And the most popular sports figure in LA, soaking up all the shine is not Kobe…it’s Manny. Everybody always asks what Manny being Manny means, the answer is the same reason most Dodger fans give for why they love Manny…he plays great, has fun doing it, and most importantly wins.

Crowd Cheers As Manny Hits HR 537*…Passes Mickey

Now we knew Manny was popular, but we didn’t know he was this popular. There is no telling how long he has been juicing…but if your juicing when you know the MLB is looking for steroid users in the day time with a flashlight, then you were juicing back in the day when they were turning a blind eye to it all.

But, the truth about it is no one cares and that hurts. Our knig Manny passed the great Mickey Mantle yesterday on the all-time homerun list and the fans cheered..you couldn’t hear a boo in the stadium. Fans aren’t mad that Manny cheated, they only care that they’re in first place, he’s back, and hitting homers.

And it’s not just LA either. Look at ARod in NY…he sucks and fans are still cheering him. So why didn’t Bonds get shown the same love?…

The Best Manny Heckler Yet…

Manny got did dirty last night at Citi Field. The hecklers were out in full force and the “boos” were louder than they were when the Dodgers played the Padres. And leading the booing was this guy…dressed in his wife’s bra and screaming “Manny you’re the man!” Legend!

But even this didn’t phase Manny. Our knig still drove in 3 runs before he got tossed in the 5th after he threw his elbow pad at the ump for calling a Strike on an obvious Ball. But the damage had already been done…the Dodgers won without a problem, 8-0.

First Game Back: Manny Ramirez Apologizes…Kinda

It was our knig Manny’s first game back yesterday after the 50 game suspension…damn 50 games goes by fast in baseball…and right before the game he kinda sorta apologized to fans.

You know Manny just being Manny didn’t apologize for taking steroids, instead he just said he was sorry for missing 50 games… then he ended the press conference with, “Showtime tonight!”

And showtime it was. The Dodgers ended up beating the Padres 6-3, but not because of Manny. He went 0 for 3 with a walk. Grounded out twice. Popped out once. And got yanked in the 6th for Juan Pierre. So did the fans boo or cheer?… well here is a live listen-in to his first at bat (and remember this is in San Diego)….
