Green for the money and gold for the honey.
Now that’s Pimpin! So we’re watching the Puerto Rico Tip-Off championship this weekend between Ole Miss and Villanova (’Nova won if you care), when what has to be something-like-a-Pimp pops up on the screen. The dude is dressed in a solid suit holding what appears to be a pimpstick leading the George Mason band, who performed during the game even though their team had beent got booted from the the Tourney. Turns out the Pimp is none other Dr. Mike Nickens, aka Doc Nix, who has been George Mason’s Pep Band leader for the last few years.

This dude might be one of the biggest legends of all time with a fit game that puts Pimpin’ Ken, Snooky and Mr. Whitefolks to shame. You can best believe if the University ever tries to cut funding for the Pep Band, Doc Nix will have no problem taking it to the concrete and putting a couple of them flute girls on the track to really go out there and get it.

Check out a few videos of George Mason’s Pep Band which includes Doc Nix mashin’ for some rations after the jump…
