WTF? Ron Artest Hosting “F@&k LeBron” Party In NY

So apparently Queensbridge’s finest, aka Ron Artest, is hosting the first-ever recently burgeoning (at least in Cleveland and every other spot King James said no thanks to) “FCUK LEBRON” party this Friday at Club Element in New York City as apart of their weekly event called “Upscale Fridays.” Here’s a description from the Club’s website:

From the candlelit brick walls of the Mezzanine, to the soaring ceilings of the Main Room, down to the Romanesque archways of the Vault, element is one of the most stunning venues in New York City. This tri-level nightlife playground is a marvel of form and function, featuring 3 full-service bars, a V.I.P mezzanine, and seductive lounge spaces.

I have a feeling that Artest had limited knowledge about this event, or at least at how the flyer would look, but allowed his name to be used. That is of course if Upscale Crowd Entertainment, the promoters of the event, even got his permission in the first place. What is certain is that Ron-Ron is back in the NY, as evidenced by his twitter, and is having a bbq tomorrow at 4:20pm. Perfect timing.

Generally when a club promotes a night as “Upscale” or passes out a flyer featuring just one professional athlete “and friends” as the host, somebody is going to end up getting shot. Hopefully it’s just a flesh wound. Via The Rundown
