Erin Andrews Speaks On Peeper’s Guilty Plea

Erin Andrews appeared shook as she met with the media in Los Angeles regarding the guilty plea entered by Michael David Barrett, the man who secretly filmed her on numerous occasions through hotel peepholes. Andrews appeared in court today to speak out against Barrett and demand that he be punished to the furthest extent of the law. Barrett’s stalking crime is punishable by a maximum of 5 years in prison, but given his cooperation, the prosecution is only aiming for a 27 month sentence. We just said damn, that ain’t even half.
This is a huge break for Barrett, considering that Andrews’ legal team claims that the creeper did the same thing with more than a dozen other women. While this may be the case, guaranteed none of them were as hot as Andrews, who claims to still be under some emotional duress, with videos of her naked carcass still floating around the matrix for the world to see. Andrews said she wanted to make sure that this wouldn’t happen to someone else in her position.
The judge in the case still has to review a final report before determining the length of Barrett’s sentence. But the reality is that 27 months will be plenty of time for a few peeps to get in his hole, if you smell what I’m cooking (it smells something like shitty dick). If Barrett is smart he will shave his teeth to resemble a vampire and not wipe his ass for a few years.

Michael David Barrett has decided to plea guilty to stalking and has finally admitted to videotaping ESPN dime piece Erin Andrews through altered hotel peepholes on multiple occasions throughout the fall of 2008. Barrett will enter the plea on December 15 in a California Federal courthouse and will face up to a maximum of 5 years in prison for the extreme invasion of privacy. Prosecutors are seeking a reduced sentence of 27 months for Barrett’s cooperation and saving taxpayer’s money for more important things. However the decision is ultimately up to the presiding Judge, and given the magnitude of the crime it is likely that Barrett will get somewhere near the max for taking an obsession just a tad bit too far.
Some perverts out there see Barrett as somewhat of a martyr, going above and beyond the call of duty to give the world an inside glimpse at the hotness of Erin Andrews. Even though what he did was wrong and creepy, this incident helped Andrews skyrocket to the forefront of her industry, into the realm of legendary. But with the emergence of Jenn Brown as a viable contender, Andrews has to get back on her grind to continue her reign on top.
Guaranteed where Barrett is going, he will become someone’s lady friend in just a matter of time. I’m sure if he had it to do all over again, he would have just kept the videos for personal tugging and not tried to distribute it to masses by uploading it on the matrix. The internet may be similar to the Wild Wild West (Kool Moe D version), but information never really goes away, like a mild case of genital warts.
WTF! Lisa Guerrero Latest Peephole Victim?

Well sort of. Actually Guerrero went undercover as a special correspondent for Inside Edition to see if the Nashville Marriott, the same hotel where the Erin Andrews peephole incident went down, had made any changes to their requesting-rooms-next-to-famous-people protocol. This in the wake of the startling revelations that suspected peepholer Michael David Barrett requested and was given a room next to Andrews without her knowledge by hotel staff and proceeded to jimmy her peephole and video her naked without consent.
Apparently nothing has changed at the hotel, as another male Inside Edition correspondent called the Marriott and requested a room next to Guerrero. Unfortunately his request was not granted, but he was given information on Guerrero’s room location that the average square should not be privy to.

Michael David Barret, the man accused of filming and uploading naked videos dime ESPN reporter Erin Andrews, was granted bail today during a hearing at the federal court in Chicago. U.S. Magistrate Judge Arlander Keys decided to allow Barrett to go free until he attends a hearing in Los Angeles October 23. Keys did however place Barrett on home confinement, including a curfew from 9pm to 6am.
Barrett is allowed to work, but he is barred from using the internet at home or the office, not even to try and rub a quick one out on spankwire. He will also be strapped with an electric monitoring device to make sure that he doesn’t try to break like Turbo.
Prosecutor were very disappointed with the ruling, calling the 47 year old insurance man a danger to the community, considering that his peephole shenanigans were not just limited to Erin Andrews as a few other women were also had naked videos uploaded to some of Barrett’s accounts. UPDATE: Andrews released this statement “I hope that today’s action will help the countless others who have been similarly victimized…I will make every effort to strengthen the laws on a state and federal level to better protect victims of criminal stalking. I am also grateful to those who have expressed their concerns and good wishes for my family and me.”
You knew sooner or later the dude(s) responsible for the whole Erin Andrews Peephole incident was going to get caught. That appears to be the case as FBI agents arrested Michael David Barrett at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport Friday night, in connection with the illegal videotaping and distribution of several videos of Andrews in her birthday suit. Prosecutors are alleging that Barrett shot the videos, attempted to distribute them to TMZ and uploaded them to the internet. Employees of TMZ notified Andrew’s lawyers about the attempted sale and FBI agents used e-mail and credit card records to implicate Barrett as the mystery cameraman.
Barrett appeared in federal court Saturday and will make another appearance on Monday to determine if he will be escorted to California, where the charges were filed. MDB is scheduled to appear in court again Monday, where it will be determined if get can get bail or has to remain in custody while everything is figured out. This whole thing still seems a little fishy, while FBI Agents have used evidence to show that Barrett is responsible, they are still unable to figure out how he could have gotten hotel room’s next to Andrews in order to peep on document her.
The videos were uploaded earlier this year to a Daily Motion account belonging to a user named GOBLAZERS1, and when it was revealed that they were of Andrews in July, the general consensus was that they were shot in an Alabama hotel room during one of her many visits to the state. However FBI agents said that 7 of the 8 videos featuring Andrews were actually shot in Nashville, TN through a modified peephole and were probably filmed with a cellphone camera.
In order to provide expert coverage and analysis we reviewed the videos several times and were one of the first sites to cover this whole ordeal (even though several media outlets blatantly jacked our ideas and never gave us a courtesy link…it’s whatevs).

We told you so! Erin Andrews will be on Oprah on September 11th…mark your calendars. This is straight from the press release for her kickoff event for Oprah’s 24th season on-air… “ESPN’s Erin Andrews speaks out for what she calls ‘the first and last time’ about the peephole video filmed without her knowledge and circulated on the Internet.” This is way better than giving away cars to the entire audience.
