Ewww: Favre’s Agent Releases Nasty Injury Pics

Even though Brett Favre tricked off the Vikings Super Bowl, you can’t say that he doesn’t have heart after taking a look at a few pictures of his injured hamstring and ankle suffered during the NFC Championship loss to the New Orleans Saints. Many felt that Favre’s costly pick late in the 4th quarter was idiotic because he could have easily ran for the necessary 5-10 yards to put kicker Ryan Longwell into game-winning field goal range, but his wheel was worse than anyone could have imagined and at that point, running was probably not a legitimate option for the old vet. The interception was still nasty, and has defined his postseason play in recent years, but the Legend should get a pass.

LOL: Favre Stars In Hyundai Super Bowl Commercial

In an attempt to generate some decent buzz for their otherwise questionable whips, Hyundai broke bread with Vikings quarterback Brett Favre to star in a commercial for the company, slated to air during the Super Bowl. As is the case with a few others who have decided to leak their ads in advance of the game to build buzz, this is a pretty solid marketing ploy, because any time Favre’s name is mentioned nowadays it is guaranteed to attract the attention of the masses. The commercial is decent at best, the concept features Favre as a 50 year old still institutionalized by the NFL, accepting the 2020 MVP.

The reality is, the commercial isn’t too far-fetched, especially considering that Favre has yet to make a decision regarding his playing future. Hyundai is definitely trying to milk this video for whatever they can get, much like a thirsty person on facebook.
