Big Ben Is Innocent…The Newest McNulty Emails

Damn, every morning Big Ben’s lawyers are dropping another bombshell. Yesterday they filed a motion to drop the case…saying that Andrea McNulty’s lawyer, Calvin Dunlap, took the case knowing she was crazier than a sh*t house rat.

And now today, Guy Hyder, the Harrah’s director of security, stepped forward with some emails from McNulty of his own. In them McNulty says Ben was “so effing hot” and joked about having “Big Ben’s child.” And the triv part is all these emails were received within days after the alleged rape occurred.

The email that puts the nail in the coffin is the one that says, “Hail Mary full of grace give me the strength to not go to his room to fix his television.” Dunlap has less than 21 days to drop the case or else go down as a prime example of why lawyers suck!

In Case You Missed “Shaq Vs” Premiere…It Was Good!

Welp, Shaq has TO beat…”Shaq Vs” is way better than the “TO Show.” Last night was the first episode, where Shaq took on Big Ben in a game of football …it was a damn good show, but maybe a little long.

It was like Extreme Home Makeover, an hour long and just as painful as watching paint dry. We were waiting the whole show just to see Shaq and Ben play football.

Big Ben Will Not Be Found Guilty Of Rape…

This is not the Kobe case we are talking about… Ben Rothlesburger is way more innocent-sounding than Kobe. And the girl that is charging him is absolutely crazy.

First off she skipped the criminal case and is going straight to the civil case,  AKA cash court. And now, come to find out she was telling a co-worker to come to a Steeler game with her “and to try to “run into Mr. Roethlisberger” and that she was “hoping for a little Roethlisberger.”

Big Ben Is In A Catch-22…Fighting The Rape Charge

Did Big Ben do it? we shall see. All we know is that this is one smart girl… she picked the perfect time to charge Ben…right before training camp starts. So when Big Ben fights the charges, he’ll have to fly all the way out to Nevada just to appear in court.

You remember how Kobe was having to fly back and forth from LA to Denver for his trial. All that takes a toll on a player. To devote an entire day of rest and preparation to hop on a flight and sit in court all day, fighting a case in which you say you’re innocent.

Personally, we would have just paid her $500,000 so we wouldn’t have to be bothered with it. But then everyone would have assumed that he did it…just like Mike Jackson and the little kids. It’s a catch-22.

Players Mad ESPN Didn’t Cover Big Ben Assault Case…

So Big Ben got charged “civily” with rape and ESPN chose to ignore the case.  They sent out a “do no report” email to everybody that gets a check from ESPN. It’s been about 3 days since the story broke and they just now posted their first story on it today. Meanwhile Yahoo, SI, and every other sports blog in the country have been talking about it since day one.

So why the “no report” by ESPN? Some say it’s because Ben is white. Others that it was because he is about to be on the ABC Show with Shaq (an ESPN affiliate) and they didn’t want to upset him. While ESPN fans make the excuse that since it’s not a criminal case, ESPN doesn’t have to report it.

Whatever the reason, they didn’t report it, and ESPN is wrong. They are not the judge nor the jury… they are a media outlet that can’t show bias… and here they did.

UPDATE: The Big Ben Assault Victim…Andrea McNulty

UPDATE: She wants a minimum of $440,000 in damages from the quarterback, at least $50,000 in damages from the Harrah’s officials and an unspecified amount of punitive damages “sufficient to deter” Roethlisberger and the others “from engaging in such conduct in the future.” Yeah, she wants like a million.

UPDATE: McNulty is saying that she wanted to come forward before now but some of her bosses didn’t want her to and tried to coverup. And that she was only in the psych ward because of what Big Ben did to her and not because she was having a cyber relationship with a fake dead solider.

Creeper Alert…Ben Roethlisberger A Rapist?!

A girl is suing Big Ben for one civil count of assault, one civil count of sexual assault and battery, one civil count of false imprisonment, one civil count of false pretenses, one civil count of fraud, and one civil count of intentional infliction of emotional distress.

A girl working at Harrah’s Hotel in Washoe, Nevada named Andrea McNulty is claiming that Big Ben sexually assaulted her in July of last year. Word is he called her to his room to “fix his TV,” and when she got up there he forced her to have sex with him.

Damn that’s exactly how they got Kobe. But the triv part about this is that it looks as though she’s going straight for the money and taking the case straight to a civil trial, skipping the criminal trial. Smart… seeing that Kobe and OJ both were found innocent in their criminal trials, but had to pay up in their civil.
