Sick Catch: Vick Hits Clay Harbor With Laser In Back Of Endzone (Harbor Gets Both Feet Inbounds)
In what would prove to be one of the only highlights for the Eagles offense during their Tuesday night showdown with the under-manned Vikings, Mike Vick connected with rookie tight end Clay Harbor in the back of the endzone, with Harbor managing to control the pass and barely get 2 feet inbounds.
Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier decided to challenge the play, but subsequent reviews showed that Harbor just made a ridiculous grab, having the presence of mind to get that 2nd foot inbounds whilst getting shoved by a Vikings defender.
It’s safe to say that this was Vick’s worse game of the season and it couldn’t have come at a worser time in terms of the MVP race, with Brady now taking a slight edge and Vick likely to sit out the Eagles final game of the season, now that they have locked up the #3 seed.
Vick did manage to put up some solid numbers despite the performance, combining for 326 yards, with a pass and rush touchdown, but also an interception as well a few passes that should have been picked but were dropped by Vikings defenders.
