Oregon State beat Cal Now Holding Back USC’s Rose Dreams
Very sad, yes. With the 34-21 victory they are one step closer to clinching the conference title. And effectively ruining the BCS for yet another year. Two wins and they give USC fans a swift kick in the balls and a holler back. They would be the ones going to the Rose Bowl and not the much better USC Trojans. The only thing standing in the Beavers way is Oregon Ducks and the Civil War Game. The last glimmer of hope for the Trojan Faithful. So which side are you on in the Civil War…one side wanting Oregon State to go to the Rose Bowl for the first time in 44 years or the side that wants them to loose so the better and more competitive team USC goes.
We feel for you USC fans, tis tuff. Personally we would hate to wake up on the first day of the year having to watch a super wack Oregon State team. Much love to the Rodger Brothers, yall are real. But, you Beavers are not one of the best teams in the country. You will get blasted if you go up against the top teams in the nation and everyone knows it. I will probs not even watch. I’d rather spend my New Year’s eating some gumbo and fishing. I won’t even watch the highlights, I’ll just hear the recap on Jim Rome or one of the other squares.
But, I don’t want to do this. I just want to watch USC play someone good (any team not in the Pac10) and they can. So come on Oregon. You can do it. And Arizona you have a slimmer chance than a supermodel before a photo shoot, but I am still rooting for you. USC fans support Oregon fans come together to defeat the Grinch of New Years Oregon State. It would make everyone have a happier New Year.

Wow you are going to call the Beavers “super wack” and we did I think beat the Trojans am I right? Why don’t you shut up and let the “super wack” Beavers laugh at USC when they are in the Rose Bowl and the SUPER WACK Trojans are NOT!!!

The Beavers did beat USC earlier this season, and has played them well the past few years.
The Beavs have made great strides over the years and deserve to play in the Rose Bowl should they beat Oregon on Nov. 29th.

wow…talk about sore losers! You trojans are really lame. OSU not only beat you but dominated you physically. Grow up, you can’t wine yourself into a bowl game. No wonder the rest of the nation thinks you guys are such dip shits. F#ck USC, we will beat them again next year.

Many USC fans (smart ones posting on decent sites like ESPN) are rooting for OSU to win out and take the Rose Bowl, so that USC stands a shot at getting an at-large bid to another BCS Bowl (i.e., Sugar) and the chance to beat up on a difference conference this year.
But maybe I shouldn’t be surprised that someone posting to a site called “JerseyChaser” may not understand the actual game of football.
