Not Funny: Magic Johnson AIDS Joke At Hoff Roast

Up-and-coming comedian Whitney Cummings might be a winner (with the right mix of patron and loneliness), but she created a little controversy during David Hasselhoff’s roast with a joke involving Magic Johnson.

Cummings was trying to clown Pamela Anderson Lee when she delivered the following joke:

Pam, you slept with Bret Michaels, Tommy Lee and Kid Rock, why don’t you just save yourself some time and drink a vat of Magic Johnson’s blood.

I’m all for comedy and hard edge jokes, but Whitney Cummings went completely over the line with this (attempted) joke at the expense of a Legend who is battling a life-threatening disease.

That is if Magic still even has the virus, cause he’s one of the few people in the world that actually has enough bread to buy the cure.
