Guess Who’s Bizzack: Terrell Owens Makes Debut In Indoor Football League With Touchdown Reception
After getting blackballed by the NFL last season following an ACL surgery, future hall of famer Terrell Owens made his return to football Saturday night, appearing in his first game ever in the Indoor Football League with the Allen Wrangles, a team that he co-owns.
After getting shutout in the first quarter and held without a reception, T.O. finally made his presence felt, making a touchdown grab with his first reception.
Obviously desperate to keep his football career alive, the 38-year old wide receiver finished the game with 3 touchdown receptions and showed that he still has a little bit left in the tank.
As apart of his deal with the Wranglers, Owens will only participate in the team’s home games this season.
On another note, it’s a damn shame what they NFL did to T.O. and not allowing him to finish out his career with some dignity.
