Damn! Floyd Mayweather Lost Damn Near A Million on Packers-Seahawks Fail Mary
Floyd Mayweather made an appearance on the season 2 premiere of Jim Rome on Showtime, and the legenary boxer and full-time gambler made a shocker confession — he lost damn near $1 million betting on the infamous Packers-Seahawks fail mary game last season.
During Rome’s 10 Questions segment Money Mayweather was asked what’s the most that he’s won and lost betting on sports. After revealing that he won $1 million betting on Oregon football, Mayweather then admitted to losing an equivalent sum thanks to the defining moment of the NFL replacement ref debacle that last the first 7 weeks of the 2012 season.
Despite a terrible call costing him a load of bread, Mayweather wasn’t salty about taking the meal ticket hit, simply saying, “I was upset but you know, it comes with the territory.”
