Music Video: Mary J Blige Ft. LeBron James - Stronger

A music video with Mary J and a highlight tape of LeBron from his high school team…it doesn’t get much better than this. This is the lead single off of the “More Than A Game” Soundtrack that is dropping on September 22nd.
With two songs already out, LeBron’s documentary soundtrack might be better than Jay-Z’s Blueprint 3 album. We can’t wait for the video for “Forever”….

We told you so! Erin Andrews will be on Oprah on September 11th…mark your calendars. This is straight from the press release for her kickoff event for Oprah’s 24th season on-air… “ESPN’s Erin Andrews speaks out for what she calls ‘the first and last time’ about the peephole video filmed without her knowledge and circulated on the Internet.” This is way better than giving away cars to the entire audience.
So what does EA say? Well somebody has already seen the interview and here are some of the juicy soundbites for you below…

Doc Rivers’ Son Austin Is Way Nicer Than Him!
Posted by John Krease on
August 31, 2009
We’ve seen all Doc Rivers’ highlights and we don’t ever remember him doing anything close to what his son Austin is getting off. At 6′3 and only a Junior in HS, he already has a better handle and a way sicker boost than Doc.
No wonder he’s ranked as the #8 player in the class of 2011 by Rivals.com, and has already verbally committed to go to Florida…the kid is nice!

UPDATE: The NBA’s Biggest Rumors And News…
Posted by Johnny Utah on
August 31, 2009

UPDATE: Ricky Rubio has officially signed with Regal Barcelona as we reported last week. Sorry US fans, the earliest you’ll see him play in the NBA is 2011.
Ricky Rubio will be a TWolve next year - We’re only 1 month away from the start of training camps and the Wolves GM is still taking trips out to Spain (as he did this weekend) to talk to the owner of the team Rubio currently plays for, DKV Joventut.
If that doesn’t tell you that he still might come, then this might…word from overseas is the Wolves offered a new deal to DKV that included: cash, a promise to play two exhibition games in Barcelona, and deals with Minnesota companies.
Monta Ellis is going to get traded to the Mavs - First there was the news that Stephen Jackson wanted out of Golden State so he could go to a Championship contender, and now rumor is that Ellis might go to the Mavs. Why?…Because he is one of the many players who doesn’t get along with Coach Nelson. But don’t count on him going anywhere, just as Jackson probably isn’t going anywhere.
HS Football Player Gets Jacked Up…

Football season is almost here! Which means we’ll be seeing more big hits like this one, but we might not see a harder hit than this one all year. Make sure you watch until the slow-mo replay of the hit for the full effect. And you’ve got to love the commentary added by the user on this one. Nice looking out to Busted Coverage.

The Kanye Air Yeezy Esk Air Jordan Kicks…
Posted by Kodackid on
August 31, 2009
It seems like ever since Kanye dropped his Louie V and Air Yeezys, everybody wants to come out with some futuristic kicks that look like the Marty McFly’s…and Jordan is no different. Now I swear on my all-white Jordan 11’s that even though they don’t look like it, these are the new J’s. More info at SneakerNews….
But you won’t find them anywhere in America. These L’Style One’s, the newest sneaker from the Air Jordan Lifestyle line are only available in Asia for now, but even when they do drop in the States (November 1), are you going to rock them?

Rich Rodriguez Breaks Down Crying…Denies Charges

We believe the players on this one. Coaches always hold those “not mandatory” workouts that everyone shows up to because it’s well known that if you are not there, that’s your ass or starting spot. Is it against the rules? No, because this is how coaches tell who really wants to play and be great…the person willing to put in extra work.
So even if Rodriguez did it, we don’t think anything is wrong with it. Most of the top programs around the nation probably do the same thing. Do you really think Tim Tebow or Colt McCoy are really only spending 20 hours a week preparing for a big Saturday showdown in front of 90,000 people? Try 40 plus hours.
So when we hear about players snitching on the program about being overworked, especially those who are no longer there, one word comes to mind…B-I-T-C-H.
Andre Smith In…Crabtree Still Out
Posted by John Krease on
August 31, 2009
So the man with titties just as big as Maria Sharapova’s, Andre Smith, has finally accepted the Bengals offer and sadly for him it was not for how much him and his agent wanted. Sure he’s going to get $21 mill guaranteed and $28 mill total over 4 years with an option to extend the deal if he wants for 2 more years…
But as the #6 pick he was looking for a deal somewhere in between what Sanchez got ($28 mill) as the #5 pick and what Darrius Heyward-Bey got ($23.5 mill) at #7.
So with Andre Smith settling for less money, that only leaves one player drafted in the first round that has not signed a contract yet…Michael Crabtree. Drafted 10th, Crabtree is looking for a deal that is comparable to what Heyward-Bey got.
