Rafer Arrest Video

After a long wait Rafer Alston has been found not guilty of a DUI. The case stemming from a August 7th arrest only took jurors an hour to come to a decision. Originally pulled over for not having his lights on, Rafer is one of the few people who actually asked to be taken to jail.

Clearly not too drunk? This anger mamagement class graduate held his cool throughout the ordeal. All of the “Serenity Now” stuff must have worked. Demanding that he be taken to jail, rather than sit there and answer time consuming questions from an officer that was doing his best impersenation of Bill Duke from Menace II Society. T

he only difference is this officer didn’t get to say “you know you done fucked up right?”.

So by now we all know of Larry Johnson’s problems. Well some will be happy to know that he has been arrested and charged with a simple assault for spitting and threatening a woman. This being his 4th run in with the law during which a woman was involved and the second time he has been charged with a simple assault, someone needs to stop getting beer muscles.

As the multiple winner of pimp of the year, Filmore Slim said, “you got to pimp them with your mind, when you have that get violent, that AIN’T pimpin”.

Mike Vick to Plead Guilty via iChat

Having already served 10 months on a 23 month sentence, Mike Vick is set to enter a guilty plea for dog fighting charges in Virgina. The plea will be entered by Vick the day before Halloween via a video conference (video to come). By entering this plea Vick will be eligible to move into a halfway house and have his sentence reduced by a number of months.

Now all we must worry about is if Commissioner Goodell will find it in his heart to let Vick return to the NFL without any suspension or delay, don’t keep the fans waiting! But, a good Samaritan like myself wonders what happened to the dogs..
